First Stop - Spring Blossom Temple, this place was once the residence (Phủ) of Pham Huu Dien, a high-ranking mandarin (Thượng thư) of the Ministry of Rites (Bộ lễ).

Second Stop - Ngoc Hung Conical Hat Artisan,A fervent devotee of this lost art of crafting "transparent" conical hats, he meticulously handmakes each one from start to finish. Many admirers of his work and order thousands, but regrettably, his maximum monthly output is just 40 hats.

Third Stop - From the outside, this Rice Dumpling shop looks like just someone's garden, but it holds a family recipe passed down from ancestors who once served in the Nguyen Dynasty court. It's the first stop for many Hue natives returning home, not the most popular one but a true local's hidden gem.
