EVENING FOOD TOUR BY CYCLO IN HUE

Set off on a cyclo tour this evening and explore slow living though slow cooked foods. Warm up with a welcome drink and light finger food at a local coffee shop. Your guide will give some background about Hue cuisine before moving to a quaint Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant. Farther and farther away from the tourist quarter, in a laid-back cyclo, the night tranquility will reveal the inner soul of Hue. Suddenly the street food stalls come into view and a crispy Hue styled pancake or lemongrass skewers will be worth a try. While sweet soup desserts make take a bit of getting used to, Hue’s varieties of colours and flavours will be a promise of a sweet ending for the evening.
